Thanks to Mike Houlahan for the following:
Instead of a WADC (Worthington Area Democratic Club)meeting on Wednesday, October 17, we are asking our friends and members to devote time to the campaign of their choice.  Here are some options:
Obama for America (in Worthington):

(phone banking, lit drops, yard sign placement, record keeping and sample ballot handouts are tasks needing doing.  WADC is in charge of handing out sample ballots on Wednesdays at the 1700 Morse Road early voting location (the old Kohl’s store just east of Karl Road on north side of Morse.  Please call Lucie to get on that roster.)

Voters First–Issue Two on reforming redistricting (ending gerrymandering):
  • Ian Nickey– <ian@melamedcommunications.com> or 460-9640  (Phoning dems and independents to urge a “yes” vote is needed.  Scripts provided.  Also placement of yard signs available at all four Worthington distribution points.)
